Frequently asked questions
How much will GreenFrog CRM cost?
Pricing hasn't been finalised. The intent is a simple, flat monthly price per business rather than per-seat pricing that punishes you for adding team members. Waitlist members will hear the final pricing before anyone else, with an early-access rate.
Does it handle GST invoicing?
Yes — GST-compliant invoicing generated directly from an order is a core part of the product, not an add-on. It's one of the main reasons we're building this instead of adapting a generic CRM.
Where will our data be stored?
The plan is to host on infrastructure based in India. We'll confirm the exact provider and region before launch, and it will be stated plainly rather than buried in a privacy policy.
Can I migrate from spreadsheets?
Yes — CSV import for leads, contacts, and orders is planned as part of the initial release, so switching over doesn't mean re-typing your existing customer list by hand.
What happens to my data if the product is discontinued?
We're committing now, in writing, to giving every customer a full CSV/Excel export of their data before any shutdown, with reasonable notice. That commitment will carry over into the terms of service at launch.
When will it launch?
There's no fixed date yet — it's genuinely still in development. Joining the waitlist is the fastest way to hear about early access before general availability.
